ISM was thrilled to welcome back all students this week for the new academic year.

Students began school in staggered groups, with Secondary school students beginning on Monday, Primary students on Tuesday, and Early Years students on Wednesday, in addition to special welcome sessions being held for new students and their parents for each school. Students also received a warm welcome from ISM’s new director, Stuart Bryan, an international educator and executive leader with 32 years of experience in international schools around the world, including the UK, Belgium, Hong Kong, China, and Jordan.

With 707 students this year, a record in the school’s 27-year history, ISM looks forward to another year of learning, discovery, and academic success. Last year’s graduates, following the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, achieved a 100% pass rate and an average score of 39.7 out of 40 points for their IB results, placing ISM results among the best in Europe. With this year’s addition of interactive Clevertouch screens in all classrooms and the launch of a “1 to 1 programme” providing an Apple device (iPad or MacBook) to every student, ISM aims to continue providing outstanding international education to all of its students, with a strong focus on digital learning in a safe environment.

Welcome to all ISM students, both new and returning!
