During our recent Book Week, students wrote poems exploring the theme of ‘change’ for our House Poetry Contest.

Secondary School students had their poems nominated by their class English teachers to appear in the House Secondary Poetry Anthology, selected from a very high-quality field of entries. The students’ work has been collated and displayed according to their Houses: Baret, Earhart, Grimaldi, and Shackleton.

Many thanks to all students who submitted poems for the contest, and congratulations to our winners listed below! Special congratulations to Olivia in Year 11 and her House, Earhart, for coming first place. We must also thank our Guest Poet, Harry Baker, as well as all teachers and librarians for leading a captivating series of lessons over the course of Book Week.
