The ISM cafeteria, in collaboration with our catering provider Eurest, is pleased to organise special themed lunch days throughout the academic year.

This week, the cafeteria team held its first themed lunch of the academic year with an “Island Flavours” theme. Students and staff were able to travel (with their taste buds!) to different islands around the world, with cuisine ranging from curry chicken, grilled salmon, and tofu steak, to creole-inspired rice, plantain side dishes and pineapple desserts. The atmosphere in the cafeteria was festive indeed, not to mention the decorations and colourful hats worn by the cafeteria staff!
