Today, the ISM community came together in a heartfelt and joy-filled celebration to honour the incredible Class of 2025 with our first-ever Graduation Parade, held in our spectacular new school building at Testimonio II. This unforgettable event brought the entire school together—students, staff, and parents—to applaud the achievements of our senior students and mark a meaningful milestone in their ISM journey.
The celebration began with a beautiful performance of the Monegasque national anthem by our talented Year 5 choir, setting a dignified and celebratory tone. Then, in a moving and symbolic moment, our Year 13 graduates left the auditorium to a wave of cheers and applause from students lining the corridors of the school.
As the parade made its way through the building and down to the atrium, the excitement was palpable. Awaiting them were their proud families and a very special gesture: each graduate received a bouquet of flowers from a member of the Class of 2039—our Kindergarten students—symbolising the powerful connection between ISM’s youngest learners and its most senior students.
The event was filled with pride, laughter, a few happy tears, and above all, a strong sense of community. It marked the beginning of what we hope will become a treasured ISM tradition: a joyful school-wide celebration of our graduates in the heart of the campus they helped shape.
We extend our deepest thanks to everyone who made this event such a success. Special appreciation goes to the PTA Leadership Team, particularly the Secondary PTA, our Senior Leadership Team—especially Mr Rob Henry and Ms Hannah Gettel—the Kindergarten teachers, the Performing Arts Department, the Admissions & Marketing Department, and all staff involved. We are also grateful to the Board of Trustees for their support, with a special thanks to Mr Alex Mitchell, Vice President of the Board, for his kind closing words to our graduates and their families.
This remarkable day set the stage for our official graduation ceremony at the Yacht Club de Monaco and reminded us all of the strength, spirit, and unity of the ISM community.
Congratulations again to the Class of 2025!
