Chief Financial Officer

The International School of Monaco is seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer starting in February 2026.

Educational background

• Finance degree and 5 years of experience (minimum);
• Master’s degree in Finance and Administration and/or French accounting diploma or equivalent is essential;
• Good IT knowledge (Google, accounting softwares, CRM).

Experience

• Direct accounting and financial experience as a CFO or Deputy CFO is essential;
• Appropriate financial and accounting qualifications are essential;
• Knowledge of business environments (legal, social, GAAP), with Monegasque experience desirable;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and/or financial consulting;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Finance Manager, with Monegasque and/or international experience desirable;
• Experience with a school environment or similar experience is a plus but is not a prerequisite.
