The International School of Monaco was proud to host its inaugural “Innovate • Share • Empower” education conference on January 9-10, 2026.
This dynamic two-day event brought together a global community of educators and school leaders, united by a shared passion for shaping the future of learning.
Rooted in ISM’s values of academic excellence, inclusivity, and global mindedness, the conference provided a vibrant platform for collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. Educators from 120 international schools across 27 countries joined us to exchange ideas, explore innovative strategies, and strengthen connections within the education community.
Inspiring Keynotes and Engaging Workshops
The conference featured 4 keynote speakers and a diverse range of local and international facilitators, covering 11 subthemes central to the future of education:

From thought-provoking keynotes to hands-on workshops, participants experienced a rich mix of learning opportunities, sparked meaningful discussions, and gained practical strategies to bring back to their schools.
Celebrating Collaboration and Connection
Day 1 of the conference set the tone with high-energy sessions, interactive workshops, and deepening conversations among educators. On Day 2, the momentum continued with further inspiring sessions, fostering collaboration and reflection across the campus.
