Board Administrative Assistant

The International School of Monaco is seeking to appoint a bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the Board of Trustees. 

The key role will be to help the Board of Trustees organize their work, in close cooperation with the Director and the Financial Director in order to ensure a consistent and well-documented meeting program.
The main tasks will be to assist the team in all administrative matters such as creating reports, organising trips, organising meetings, writing minutes, etc.

Flexibility to work a few evenings per month during school year is required.

NB: possible full-time post for the right candidate with the skills and desire to take on further responsibility.


Qualifications:

  • a minimum of a Bachelor degree from a respected university

  • excellent problem solving skills

  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • recognized experience as personal assistant or administrative support role is required

  • excellent written skills in English and French
