Bilingual Front Desk - Administrative Assistant

The International School of Monaco is seeking to appoint a bilingual Front Desk Administrative Assistant for the Early Years.

The main tasks will be to welcome visitors, deal with all in-coming telephone calls, e-mails and enquiries, keeping the Reception area tidy and welcoming at all times.

Providing general administrative support to the Unit Head and Unit Team will be part of the daily tasks as well.


  • previous experience as receptionist in an international context is an advantage

  • computer skills

  • excellent spoken and written skills in English and French
