The "laptop programme" is the start of a continuously expanding programme designed to offer our students laptops, desktops and other IT solutions which will help educate, and entertain them into becoming proficient users in an increasingly technological world. I 'm having problems paying. What should I do?
The payment system in place sends credit card purchases above 1500 Euros to Paypal payment, but an unexpected problem has arisen with them. There is no agreement between them and the Monegasque banks and so it cannot be used.
