Structure of the Bilingual Programme
| Kindergarten: |
Activities in both languages are introduced simultaneously by
an English speaking teacher and a French speaking assistant.

| Transition : |
The teaching is predominantly in French, with two hours each
afternoon given to activities in English and the development of
pre-reading and writing skills.
|
Class One : |
The emphasis changes to being predominantly English with
the basic skills of reading and writing being introduced and
developed. In the afternoon, two hours are dedicated to French
where vocabulary and fluency in this language continue to be
strengthened.

Class Two : |
Students spend alternate days in English and French
