Curriculum
The Framework for the curriculum in ISM’s Middle School, is the IB Middle Years Programme which leads on from the Primary Years Programme and leads into the IB Diploma Programme. This provides a continuity in the curriculum, as well as coherence in methodology.
The programme provides the students with discipline, skills and challenging standards, but also with creativity and flexibility. It is designed to give them a firm foundation in the eight prescribed disciplines outlined below, as well as to develop an understanding of how these subjects relate to each other. This is known as the Areas of Interaction.
