Welcome to new families
All new families are given a warm welcome when they arrive at ISM.
New students from Kindergarten through the Middle School normally start school a day before the school year when parents and students are introduced to the Unit Heads and teachers, and visit their classrooms. Our P.T.A. Welcome Committee is on hand to meet new parents and to answer questions of a general nature.
At the beginning of the autumn term all new parents are invited to a Welcome Breakfast organised by the P.T.A., and to regular coffee mornings to meet other families as well as the teaching staff in a more formal setting.
A highlight of the year is the annual Board Cocktail party, held in the early autumn when once again all parents and staff are invited to meet with the Board members at this sparkling occasion.
The P.T.A. Welcome Committee is headed by Mrs Louise Kempin, ably assisted
